Free shipping is applicable to shipping address in Singapore only. Singapore orders with 4 bottles and up will enjoy free shipping via SingPost Smartpac. Shipping fee will be refunded once your order is shipped.

We offer free upgrade* to express shipping for all international orders when you purchase:

Note: Express delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons. Kindly provide the street address at checkout.
EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION
For urgent and important shipments, we encourage customers to chose the express shipping (via FedEx or DHL) for guaranteed and faster delivery.
Please check the express shipping box at checkout with an additional fee of $39 (only check the box if your order is NOT eligible for free upgrade) and we will ship your order with express shipping.
Excess shipping fee will be refunded once your order is shipped, if any. Estimated express fee will be provided upon request. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you realize the shipping address is incorrect/incomplete, please email us immediately with your order number at email@example.com. We will try our best to change the address for you. If the order has been shipped:
For express shipping:
An additional fee of USD16 will be charged if you request to change the address.
For registered airmail:
No amendment can be made. If package has been delivered to the wrong address provided in your order, no compensation/replacement will be made.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and Singapore Public Holidays.
Holiday peak season/sale period, processing time will be 1-6 business days.
- Domestic (Singapore): 2-3 business days from the date of posting.
- International: 10-20 business days from the date of posting. Not including time spent at customs/border inspection facilities. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. Longer delays are typically due to the receiving country's customs and import processes.
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days worldwide from the date of posting. Not including time spent at customs/border inspection facilities. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. Longer delays are typically due to the receiving country's customs and import processes.
Kindly email all the order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we will try our best to combine your orders. If your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
1. Please allow between 24-48 Hours for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. If you do not receive shipping notification in your inbox, kindly check the spam/junk folder.
We will raise an enquiry to Deutsche Post or SingPost if the addressee confirms non-receipt of the Registered Article after 18 working days from posting. Deutsche Post or SingPost will check with the Destination Post on the status of the item. Under the international postal agreement, the Destination Post may take up to 60 days to reply.
All claims must be raised within 60 days from the date of posting. Orders that exceeded the claim period will not be compensated.
1. We do not responsible for confiscated or destroyed mails during delivery.
2. We are not responsible for any non-receipt of packages if the tracking status is shown as "Delivered".
3. If item is broken in transit, kindly take a picture and email to email@example.com. We will send a replacement once picture has been received. We regret to inform you that no replacement will be sent if pictures is not provided.
4. If parcel is unclaimed and returned to us:-
We will resend your order at no cost for the first re-delivery. Shipping fee for subsequent re-delivery/ re-deliveries will be charged to you accordingly.
We will issue a store credit to you. We will promptly issue you a private coupon code for the amount you are owed (minus shipping charges) that you can then apply to any future purchases made in our store.
- Store credit coupons can be given to another person if you do not wish to use them yourself.
- Store credit coupons do not expire.
- Store credit coupons can be applied to anything in our store.
Import Duties, Customs Fees, Local Sales Taxes
Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the prices listed on our website.
You are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to.
