30-Nov-2018 : Resume of Dispatch to Canada. Please note that all postal items to Canada are subject to SERIOUS DELAY due to the severe mail and parcel backlogs created by the rotating strikes and labour disruption. The delays should diminish gradually through December and into the New Year. However, it may be March 2019 before they are able to meet the normal delivery standards.
16-Nov-2018 : Singapore Post has suspended all mails services to Canada with immediate effect till further notice. Packages delivery through express shipping are not affected. Options available for Canada orders are as follows:
- Add $39 express shipping fee at checkout for orders with 1-3 bottles or with zip code falls under remote area here.
- Get free upgrade to express shipping for orders with 4 bottles and more.
Canada Post Strike Updates
The year-end is a wonderful holiday season for many people, but it’s also the busiest time of the year for the Postal Operators. Postal delivery may be delayed due to:-
* Increment Mails for Festive Posting
* Tighter Customs Security at some countries
* Adverse weather conditions, particularly in USA, Canada and Europe
* In a situation of mail backlots, transit time may take up to 1 month or even longer than usual.
* Please note that international orders placed on or after December 1st are not guaranteed to arrive by December 25th. While we strive to ship everything as fast as we can, conditions outside of our control can slow down the delivery of some international orders.
* For urgent and time sensitive orders, please consider express shipping to avoid disappointment.

1. Polishes are hand blended in batches so slight differences may occur from batch to batch.
2. Swatches are representative of the colors as close as possible, however the actual color may appear different depending on your monitors resolution and color settings. Bloggers may represent each color differently due to camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc. and should only be used as a reference for general color. Results may vary.
3. Polishes may be slightly separated due to temperature change. Gently shake the bottle will bring the polish back to life. We recommend all polishes be stored in a cool temperature.
4. Once an order is placed all sales are final, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. However, if any item(s) is/are damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the damaged item(s) and contact us as soon as possible so we can get a replacement sent out to you at no cost. As most of the products are limited edition, refund will be made if the replacement shade is sold out. Other than that all sales are FINAL. Exchanges are not accepted for sanitary purposes.
